Baufest again distinguished as one of the best companies to work for in Argentina

For the sixth consecutive year, the company was recognized by The Great Place to Work ® Institute Argentina and is the only Information Technology Company who won this award in the category "companies from 251 to 1,000 employees."

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA – November 2013 – Baufest, international provider of software and technology services, has been awarded for the sixth consecutive year as one of the best companies to work for in Argentina. In the 2013 edition of the ranking of The Great Place to Work ® Institute Argentina (GPTW) Baufest peaked at number 9 and is the only software and technology company that earned this distinction in its category.

GPTW is a global research, consulting and training institution. Annually recognizes the best workplaces in over 45 countries. The survey meets three stages. First a survey called Trust Index is given to employees. This survey measures the level of trust, pride and camaraderie in the workplace. This is followed by a Culture Audit, a questionnaire addressed to the company in order to evaluate different management policies. Finally, looking for feedback from employees to verify the degree of effectiveness of policies and practices designed. In the 2013 edition of the survey conducted GPTW, only 34 companies in Argentina managed to overcome the global standard set by the institution to be in the ranking in any country: 12 companies in the category up to 250 employees, 11 in category 251 1,000 employees and 11 1000 in the category of employees. To position Baufest, GPTW took into account the recognition of its employees with respect to growth and professional development and work-life balance that provides the organization.

Another benefit valued is the "ProProfes" program aimed at those who are studying and encourages them to graduate on their university studies. "ProProfes" also provides the option to access different material, which then become part of the library of the company, to exercise test programs on their computers and tutors for advice and guidance. In return, students are allowed to take Baufest as a case of study or request academically oriented professionals with more experience and who serve as teachers in the most prestigious universities.

"It's an honor to be, for sixth consecutive year, among the top employers in Argentina. This year, the challenge was greater because for the first time entered the category of companies with more than 250 employees. Appearing among the top 11 companies and being the only within the "computers and technology" sector is a double satisfaction" said Angel Perez Puletti, President and CEO of Baufest. "Baufest is a knowledge based company and the people are our greatest asset. We strive every day to build a place where people feel comfortable and have at their disposal everything they need to promote personal growth tools, professional, quality and innovation" he said.
