Our consulting team learns all about the current experience of our customers and the users. We analyze the industry and the sociocultural context to gather information that enables us to start defining the mobile application.

ANALYZE

We synthesize the insights obtained, and define our view point based on the new application objectives. At this stage, we build the people model and journey maps of customers and users.

DESIGN
AND TEST

We co-design the new application experience, produce prototypes, and define the road map for opportunity implementation. We test the prototype with real users and change the new application based on the feedback received.

DEVELOP

Our most required language expert programmers build the application by working with the latest technologies, embedding them into own or third-party systems and services. We use the tools recommended by market standards, tested and secured in advanced.

TEST

We perform a wide range of tests on the mobile multiverse, increasing its coverage by the use of a device farm We use the same devices as the users and offer 24-hour availability to perform tests from anywhere, and without limit per ecosystem (iOS/Mac).

DELIVER

We release the mobile application in all stores, making sure each store meets the requirements, or in a private environment for download by a specific group of users.

MAINTAIN
AND EVOLVE

We adapt the application to new versions of the operating systems to ensure correct performance at all times, avoiding vulnerabilities. We use data from the application and feedback of the users to unveil improvement opportunities and include new functionalities.
