One of the largest and most prestigious retail conglomerates in Latin America. It operates in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and recently also in the U.S., where it has developed a successful multi-format strategy that provides jobs for over 150,000 employees.
THE CHALLENGE
Our client faced a challenging project: to unify the post-sale experience and order management for their e-commerce in Chile. The goal was to evolve and expand this solution to other countries where the company operates. Additionally, they sought a self-service model through a portal that would allow customers to access real-time information about their purchases and deliveries.
Furthermore, the company aimed to grow its marketplace and needed a tool to distribute products and services from companies operating on its platform.
THE SOLUTION
In close collaboration with the client's teams, we developed an application that harmonizes the internal systems of each company within the group with an adaptable interface, designed to reflect the uniqueness of each business line.
We adopted a collaborative and agile work methodology, establishing a multidisciplinary team that has grown and adapted according to the client's demands. In this way, we not only contributed our technical expertise but also supported project planning, designing an effective work methodology, and fostering both professional and personal development for those involved.
Following the client’s premise of using the most modern tools and enabling seamless integrations, we developed the project on a modular architecture, using technologies such as API Rest, Node.js, and React for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. This approach ensures not only the necessary flexibility and scalability but also the ability to adapt to future market demands.
