The event brought together business leaders, technology specialists, and decision-makers to explore how Artificial Intelligence is transforming business, productivity, and innovation models across different industries.
In this context, Ariel Bensussán, Solution Architect, and Leonardo Tocci, Data & AI Practice Head at Baufest, delivered the talk “From Hype to Value: Real AI Solutions in Production with Azure,” where they shared how organizations can move beyond experimentation toward the effective implementation of AI solutions capable of generating tangible business impact.
The experts explained how at Baufest they work to ensure that Artificial Intelligence evolves from an isolated initiative into a reliable, governed capability with measurable impact on business outcomes. Through real cases across different industries, they demonstrated how the right architectural decisions and the use of enterprise platforms such as Azure and Microsoft AI Foundry enable the development of scalable, secure solutions aligned with companies’ strategic objectives.
“The real challenge of Artificial Intelligence today is not just experimenting with it, but applying it effectively, profitably, and responsibly within the business,” said Ariel Bensussán during his presentation.
In this regard, the session addressed best practices in architecture, security, scalability, governance, and responsible AI—key elements for integrating these technologies into critical business processes and preventing AI initiatives from remaining limited to proof-of-concept projects or isolated demonstrations.
The event’s agenda also featured a keynote presentation by Judson Althoff, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Microsoft, who introduced the concept of Frontier Transformation as the next major leap in business evolution. According to Althoff, AI is no longer a complementary tool but is becoming the engine that redefines how value is created within organizations.
This transformation is leading to the emergence of what are known as Frontier Firms, companies that integrate artificial intelligence, data, and autonomous agents at the core of their operations.
The event also highlighted the growing security challenges associated with the expansion of AI. According to data from the Microsoft Cyber Pulse report, generative AI is lowering the barriers to entry for attackers, making it essential to integrate security models from the design stage and deploy AI-driven defenses capable of detecting threats and triggering automated responses within seconds.
In this context, Vasu Jakkal, Corporate Vice President of Security, Compliance, Identity and Management at Microsoft, emphasized that security is a fundamental enabler for organizations to adopt AI responsibly and scale its use with confidence.
The Microsoft AI Tour Mexico made it clear that the conversation around Artificial Intelligence is evolving rapidly. The challenge is no longer simply exploring its potential, but integrating it effectively into business processes and strategies. In this new landscape, organizations capable of turning AI into concrete, secure, and scalable results will be the ones leading the next phase of innovation and competitiveness in the digital economy.
