THE COMPANY

Founded in the 1980s, Grupo Festina is one of the world's leading watch manufacturers. The company currently produces five distinct watch brands for the general market (Festina, Lotus, Candino, Jaguar, and Calypso) and two jewelry brands (Lotus Style and Lotus Silver).

THE CHALLENGE

Festina needed an agile and dynamic system to effectively communicate the key features of its extensive product range to its distributor network.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a gamified platform featuring different training modules that distributors must complete to enhance their knowledge of each product’s specifications.

The app supports multiple languages, making it accessible to distributors worldwide, and allows for easy registration using Apple ID login.

Additionally, a gamified Q&A system was implemented, enabling users to test their knowledge about the company and its products. A ranking system encourages users to advance based on the number of correct answers.

To further drive engagement, users can challenge colleagues to a "battle", fostering both competition and interaction within the platform.

A reward catalog was also introduced, allowing users to redeem prizes based on accumulated points.
