THE CHALLENGE
The company needed to provide its field services team with a tool to manage the equipment in each of its clients’ facilities, in order to improve the efficiency of maintenance tasks.
THE SOLUTION
Baufest developed a mobile application for technicians, available for their iOS phones with a user-friendly interface design. Through this system, the field administration was able to assign tasks to replace, repair or replace devices.
