THE CHALLENGE

The company sought a high-performance team to integrate a digital tribe and accelerate the development of a platform for demand management and materials forecasting. This team was tasked with replacing excel-based processes and centralizing activities such as machinery preparation, supply and manufacturing of materials, operational date management, and equipment rental requests. The platform, initially designed for the Andean region and North America, needed to manage and supply other global locations. Additionally, the team required continuous adaptation and training to align with the business needs and new technologies.

THE SOLUTION

To address the challenge, Baufest assembled a tailored digital POD team specialized in developing digital products using agile methodologies. This team, composed of professionals located across various geographies and specialties, was integrated through digital collaboration tools and adjusted its composition throughout the product lifecycle to foster innovation and create value in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Currently, the platform is operational in multiple regions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, showcasing its ability to adapt and scale according to the global demands of the client.
