THE CHALLENGE

In today's digital age, ensuring cybersecurity is a top priority for leading corporations. Reducing vulnerabilities and countering ever-evolving cyberattacks requires not only advanced tools but also the expertise of specialists who are up-to-date with the latest threats and solutions.

In this context, Cencosud needed expert knowledge and execution capability to implement its security plan.

THE SOLUTION

We established a highly cohesive partnership with Cencosud, creating a collaborative and strongly committed team to address the challenges of cybersecurity in a multi-cloud environment.

We implemented a multi-cloud security event observability solution, which analyzes user behavior to anticipate risks, providing real-time alerts to the security team, supported by data analysis and visualization tools. This has allowed teams to focus on more strategic aspects of their work.

Additionally, a multidisciplinary cloud team was formed to implement security automations directly in the cloud. This team also took on the responsibility of training other departments in best security practices through workshops

To complement the work of the new multidisciplinary cloud team, a customized Incident Response team was integrated with the existing security teams.

The success of the solution led to its expansion, incorporating cloud services such as Azure (Microsoft), GCP (Google), and OCI (Oracle), in addition to AWS, which had previously been addressed.
