Baufest is among 53 organizations that exceeds Great Place to Work® world standard. Baufest is placed in 16th position among Argentine technology companies of 251 to 1,000 employees. This information comes from over 60,000 collaborators voting on 128 companies of which only 53 exceeded the institution’s world standard. Some of the highlights by the 440 Baufest employees who participated in the survey process were: professional development and growth, team camaraderie, work life balance and the positive work environment.

This survey is one of the tools that helps us to continue focusing on our professionals who are the ones who make Baufest a great place to work and develop,” says Ángel Pérez Puletti, President and CEO of Baufest.
Some of the initiatives Baufest maintains as a part of our culture and DNA is the professional growth of our employees. To meet this objective we developed different programs that we have adapted over the years. ProProfes was designed as a program to help people who are pursuing a degree obtain benefits as they meet their academic goals. Practice Communities is a methodology created by Baufest to generate the exchange of ideas and continuous project and services improvement. This favors collaborative work as well as the possibility of real case work on an international scale with different levels of complexity and multiple technologies. In 2016, the Intensive Training Program was launched for students in systems and related careers which aims to train future IT professionals, free of charge in a space that combines academic knowledge with practical exercises. Since its launch, 17 courses on different technologies were held in which 350 students participated and approximately 70% job placement both in Baufest and in other companies.
Great Place to Work® is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations diagnose, create and sustain great places to work through developing a culture of trust. Every year it prepares and publishes the list of “The best companies to work for” in each of the 58 countries where it is present, based on the largest organizational climate study in the world. The opinion of the employees is key at the time of qualification, since the survey represents two thirds of the final score to enter the ranking. The remaining third of the score is made up of the Cultural Audit®, a questionnaire addressed to the company, which Great Place to Work uses for the understanding and evaluation of the organization’s practices, policies and culture.
